This is a new cream for this year.  It has a natural oils base with magnesium chloride added.  This formula is great to help from getting those irritating muscle cramps in the legs commonly known as "charley horses".  Simply rub some of this into the bottom of your feet prior to going to bed at night.  The foot is a great place to absorb this cream to be of benefit, and with the added side effect of making your skin soft!
